1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using custommapposters.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Products and Orders

All products are custom-made to order based on your design specifications. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the printed product due to differences in display calibration and printing processes.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because each poster is custom-printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we will replace or refund orders that:

• Arrive damaged or defective
• Are significantly different from what was displayed in the designer
• Are lost in transit

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@custommapposters.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

Map data is sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors and is available under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL). The design themes and website content are the property of Custom Map Posters.

You retain rights to the custom designs you create using our tool for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Custom Map Posters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
